Dr. Yulien Cruz-Davis is pleased to provide comprehensive dental care for you and your family. Born and raised in Cuba, Dr. Cruz-Davis began his dental education in 1998 at the University of Havana where he apprenticed in Maxillofacial Surgery. After immigrating to the U.S., he earned a Bachelor in Microbiology and Cell Science from the University of Florida and graduated Cum Laude. He received his DMD from the UF College of Dentistry and was the recipient of the following awards: Clinical Excellence and Professionalism Award; Endodontics Molar Award; and the Academy of Operative Dentistry Award.
Dr. Cruz-Davis is a member of Phi Beta Kappa, the nation’s oldest academic honor society, and Omicron Kappa Upsilon, a prestigious national dental honor society. He is also a member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, and the Alachua County Dental Association.
Dr. Cruz-Davis is happy to now call Alachua County home and is involved with the community in many ways. He has volunteered for the American Cancer Society, organized a dental booth at local Migrant Fairs for agricultural workers, and taught dental hygiene to local school children. He has also worked with underserved populations at the ACORN and Eastside Community clinics, and with Santa Fe College’s WE CARE program.
